Can I choose my own contractor for the project?

Absolutely! You're always in control of choosing the contractor you want. However, your chosen contractor must be registered with Renew Financial. If they aren't already enrolled with Renew Financial, they'll need to enroll to proceed with the financing. 

Renew Financial does not own, sponsor, or control any of the contractors in its network, nor are they agents or representatives of Renew Financial. The contractors are independent home improvement providers. Additionally, responsibility for the installation, workmanship, or construction of any home improvements financed with a PACE assessment from Renew Financial rests solely with the contractor you select, not with Renew Financial.
