How much money can I borrow?

With PACE financing, you can borrow as little as $2,500 and up to $250,000 to cover the cost of eligible projects. Generally, the maximum financing amount an applicant is eligible for will be determined based on their annual household income and available equity in the property. Additional underwriting conditions and restrictions may apply.
